摘要
研究了高压硅器件表面保护用聚酯改性有机硅漆(SP)的组成结构和杂质含量对介电性能的影响,以及用硅漆作为高压硅器件表面保护材料时,高温高压下电荷输运对器件高温耐压稳定性的影响。
The influence of the component of impurity,as well as the content of catalyst of silicon resin modified polyester(SP) on the dielectric properties is studied experimentally,while being used as suface protective materials of high power devices,the influence of high temperature charge transition of SP on the stability of devices is discussed.
