摘要
利用Fluent软件对某小型轴流风扇及其前掠10°和后掠10°改型风扇的三维流场进行了数值模拟,研究动叶轮的掠型对风扇性能的影响。数值分析表明前掠叶片增大了风扇的流量,降低了流动损失;后掠叶片风扇降低了气动性能,不仅使风扇的做功能力减少,而且大大增加了流动损失。
The small axial flow fan is widely applied in the cooling of the electrical element used in computer and electrical instruments, and its operation affects directly on the right running and life-span of the instruments. The influence of the swept blades on the performance of the rotors of small axial flow fans is investigated with Fluent software. The result indicated that the forward-blade 10° increases the flnw rate of the fan with loss reducing, and the back-blade 10°fan deteriorates the fluid flow and increases the loss.
