摘要
党的十六大提出建设和谐社会的目标,建设农村和谐社会是其重要内容。村民自治是建设农村和谐社会的重要方面,对农村和谐社会的构建起到了积极促进作用,但在推行过程中仍存在很多问题。分析探讨这些问题对农村和谐社会构建带来的影响,提出应如何健全和完善村民自治的对策,使之推进农村和谐社会建设。
In the good of the construction of harmonious society put forward by the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, building up harmonious society in the countryside is a very important content. Villagers＇ autonomy is an important one to build up harmonious society in the countryside and that has had active promotion in the construction ,but there are lots of problems in the process. In this parer the writers have tried to analyse the effect of these problems and put forivard the countermeasures to perfect the villagers＇autonorny so as to promote the construction of harmonious society in the countryside
