高速铁路跨度小于48m连续梁悬灌工艺改现浇施工关键技术研究

摘要 根据最新高速铁路施工技术要求,主跨度小于等于48m的高速铁路连续梁施工均由原来悬臂灌注工艺改为采用一次现浇成型的工艺,以保证桥梁混凝土整体质量。鉴于这一情况,中铁四局集团公司在甬台温高速铁路项目上对48m现浇连续梁施工工艺进行深入研究,对关键工艺通过各种试验取得大量数据,并最终成功完成一次整体浇筑工作,成品箱梁各项参数均满足规范要求,文章为同类型施工提供一种借鉴。 According to the newest specification on high-speed railway bridge construction, the continuous beam that is less than or equal to 48m should be east by in-situ casting technique instead of cantilever casting that is used in the past in order to guarantee the integrality of bridge concrete. In view of this, CTCE has made intensive study on the in-situ casting techniques in a railway bridge project: mass data for the key technique was obtained by various tests; monolithic casting was achieved successfully; all the parameters of the finished box beam fulfilled requirements. And this paper can be referred in similar construction engineering.
