糖尿病并发胆道疾病急诊手术32例治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病并发胆道疾病急诊手术治疗和预后情况。方法回顾性分析32例糖尿病并发胆道疾病急诊手术的临床资料及疗效。结果术后并发症9例(28.1%)其中切口感染不愈3例,肺部感染5例,腹腔残余脓肿2例,泌尿系感染1例,电解质紊乱6例,高渗状态2例,低血糖3例,死亡3例(均为急性胆管炎患者)。结论糖尿病并发胆道疾病急诊手术时严格调整血糖、积极抗感染、合理的营养支持对于手术预后至关重要。
