摘要
目的探讨自然分娩人工饲养能否获得净化的五指山小型猪。方法母猪自然分娩后2 h内,将仔猪处理后转到隔离器,用奶粉、米粉、饲料分别过渡人工饲养。其间分别接种7次益生菌、补充铁硒制剂两次。饲养至42 d,测定其携带病原抗体。结果仔猪成活率为75%,原猪场所具有的病原均被隔离,达到净化试验目的。结论自然分娩人工饲养能获得无多种人畜共患疾病的净化五指山小型猪。
Objective To study whether or not obtaining cleaning WZS minipigs by spontaneous labour and handfeeding. Methods Twohours after Spontaneous Labour, the handling young pigs were transmitted into isolator, and was raised with milk powder, rice flour and forage. In the hand-feeding phase, intestinal bacteria was given to the pigs seven times, and iron and selenite were added two times. After 42 days, pathogens were detected. Results The survival rate of pig is 75 %. Many pathogens were undetectable. Conclusion Cleaning WZS minipigs were obtained by spontaneous labour and hand-feeding.
