摘要
本文从分析总结新疆高校教师流失的原因和后果入手,进而提出解决新疆高校人力资源流失问题的有效对策,从而提升学校的整体效能、凝聚力和综合竞争能力,使新疆高校在日趋激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。
Based on the theories and models of human resources loss, the research summarized profoundly the causes and results of human resources loss of teachers in colleges and universities of Xinjiang. Furthermore, the integrate efficiency, cohesveness and comprehensive competition of eoUeges and universities in Xinjiang can be advanced so as to make them remain invincible in the more fierce competition.
