摘要
诚信是中华民族的传统道德,被儒家视为"进德修业之本"、"立人之道"和"立政之本"。中国历代统治者都非常重视诚信的道德教育,把诚信看作是人之为人的道德标准和做人的基本要求,是每个人都应当遵循的最基本的道德规范。探讨诚信道德的历史文化渊源,对于加强大学生诚信教育无疑具有重要的现实意义。
Honesty is the traditional morality of Chinese nationalities, and is regarded as the basis of the making of a man and that of rule of a nation by Confucians. The rulers of all dynasties paid much emphasis on ＂honesty＂ education, and honesty is considered as the moral principle for each person. A discussion of historical and cultural origin of ＂honesty＂ is of great importance to strengthen ＂honesty＂ education for college students.
