轧后水冷生产轴承钢的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了GCr15轴承钢棒材轧后水冷对所析出的珠光体形态和网状碳化物级别的影响,结果表明:在其他工艺参数相同的情况下,随着轧后冷却时间的延长,珠光体球团直径和片层间距减小,网状碳化物级别降低,水冷后返红温度为715℃时,可以得到细小的珠光体和少量弥散分布的碳化物,返红温度在715℃以下,随着温度继续降低对组织影响不大。 The influences of accelerated cooling technology after rolling on pearlite and network carbide were studied. The experimental results indicate that the diameter of pearlite colony and the distance of lamellar pearlite decrease with the increase of cooling time, and the grade of network carbide reduces. Fine lamellar Peadite and a little discontinuous carbide are obtained when the temperature after cooling is 715 ℃, the influence on the structure is small when temperature after cooling is below 715℃.
