摘要
设计一种不完全齿轮-摩擦轮组合机构,其动作次序为:单向连续动力输入后,输出轴将以单向旋转5°,反向旋转2.5°为一个运动周期进行运动,经过若干周期运动后,到达某一设定角度的位置。该机构实现了输出轴以等差数列递增角度的运动,结构简单,动作准确,运行可靠。并且递增角度设计灵活,应用领域广泛。
A kind of incomplete gear-friction wheel combination mechanism was designed; its sequence of action was as follows: after the input of unidirectional continuous motive force, the output shaft would carry out a movement that took the 5° unidirectional rotation and 2.5° reverse rotation as one period of movement. After passing through a certain number of periodical movements, the mechanism would reach a certain position of an enactment angle. This mechanism realized the movement of output shaft with a progressive increasing angle of an arithmetic progression. It is simple in structure, accurate in movement with a reliable operation. And it is flexible to design the progressive increasing angle with a broad domain of application.
