详细说明了利用现代机电一体化技术及计算机技术设计制作的数字化控制冷却装置的基本工作原理、结构及工作过程,并通过应用实例验证了该装置工作的有效性。在有效监控冷却介质转换温度、研究热处理工艺参数对相变过程的影响等方面具有其优越性,具有操作简单、准确性高、重复性好以及灵活等特点。
This article concerns about the digital control cooling apparatus designed on the basis of both modem mechatronics and computer techniques. The details of its basic operating principle,structure, and working procedures have been expounded and the availability of the apparatus been verified. This apparatus can be used in monitoring the transition temperatures in different cooling media, for studying the influence of alloying elements and heat treatment's parameters on the phase transformation, etc. ,with some advantages such as easy operating, high accuracy, repeatability and flexibility.
