摘要
作者认为，我国改革开放以来在利用外资方面取得了巨大的成绩，但同时，实际工作中的深层次问题也逐渐暴露出来，其中最为突出的有：优惠政策与市场经济本质的矛盾；外资流入与通货膨胀的矛盾；利用外资与产业政策协调方面的矛盾；利用外资与内资闲置的矛盾；利用外资与国有资产流失的矛盾；利用外资与资本外逃之间的矛盾。文章对这几对矛盾作了详细的分析。
The author argues that China has made huge achievement in using foreign funds since reform and opening up,and meanwhile,the deep problems in actual work has begun exposition gradually.The main contradictions are as follows:the contradictions of preferetial policy and the essence of market economy,foreign funds inflow and inflation,using foreign capital and our country's industrial policies,using foreign funds and idling domesitc funds,using foreign capital and the State owned assets running off,using foreign capital and our domestic funds outfolwing,and so on.This paper detailedly analyzes above contradictions and provides theoretical basis for better using foreign capital in near economic development of our country.
