摘要
本文采用SWOT分析法,对医疗设备维修服务的内外因素进行分析,找出作为医院的内在优势和弱势,外在机会和挑战,并提出在医疗设备维修服务战略方面的进攻、调整、防御和生存的四种策略的思考。
Analyzes the internal and external factors of medical equipment maintenance services by means of SWOT method to find out the internal advantage and weakness as well as exterior opportunity and challenge and puts forward four kinds of stratagems in medical equipment maintenance services.
