摘要 瘦素是一种由肥胖基因(Obgene)编码的分子量为16.7kDa的多肽类激素,具有降低食欲、增加能量消耗等重要生理作用。瘦素与肾脏的关系密切,肾脏是瘦素的主要清除器官,同时瘦素又可对肾脏功能产生直接作用,影响慢性肾功能衰竭患者的疾病进程。因此,研究者希望通过调节血清中瘦素水平,达到缓解慢性肾功能衰竭进程的目的。 Leptin is a kind of polypeptide hormone coded by Ob-gene.It performs important functions in regulating energy balance,such as depressing appetite,enhancing caloric consumption,et al.Leptin has a close relationship with kidney,for it is metabolized and eliminated via kidney.On the other hand,leptin effects on kidney functions directly,influencing the process of chronic renal failure.Therefore,it is expectable to slow down the process of chronic renal failure by control leptin level in serum.In this paper,we summarized the researches on the relationship between leptin and kidney function.
