摘要
高校教师是知识型员工,具有很强的成就欲望和明确的价值观,对其进行职业生涯规划与管理要给其充分的民主权和参与管理权,并根据教师在不同职业生涯阶段的不同特点进行职业生涯的规划。高校教师职业生涯规划有利于高校合理配置人力资源,提高高校的向心力和凝聚力,实现高层次激励的作用。高校可通过建立教师职业生涯规划与管理平台、公平的教师绩效评估体系、科学的薪酬管理体系、系统化的培训体系、有效的激励机制,促成高校和教师的共同发展,实现共同的目标。
In China, the college teachers'occupation career planning is a new topic. As knowledge-based employees, comparing with traditional management objects, college teachers'career planning have different characteristics. It is not only a core for colleges to set up a "people-oriented" management philosophy ,but also an effective means to keep and attract talents, and also the key to the colleges keep a long-term healthy sustained development for the college together with teachers themslves to work out an occupation career planning according with teachers'development. From the perspective of colleges , this paper discussed the features and functions of teachers'career planning , as well as come up with some measures for colleges in helping teachers develop their Career Planning.
