摘要
把生态学原理应用到农业产业安全研究上,借鉴生态系统健康理论构建了农业产业安全的生态评估指标体系,采用相对隶属度与专家评判标准赋值等方法对各指标进行了标准量化,利用熵权修正层次分析(AHP)方法得到各指标权重,从生态角度对我国农业产业安全进行了分析评估,得出当前我国农业产业基本安全,但是也没有远离不安全的结论。提升中国农业产业安全度,应从以下几方面入手:(1)逐渐增加农业投入,重点向农业的研究与开发以及农业科技成果的转化与推广方面倾斜。(2)加强农村基础教育,大力兴办各种提高农村劳动力技能的培训班。(3)做长农业产业链,提高农业产业集中度,增强我国农产品的国际竞争力。(4)大力宣传和加强对农业生态环境的保护。
Chinese industry security face great challenge since China has become one of the members of WTO and open to the outside. The paper applies the ecological principle to study agriculture industry security. The paper constructs the Ecological Assessment indicator system of agricultural industry security, does standard quantitative by adopting the relative membership and the approach of experts＇ evaluation, gets the concrete weight by using entropy weight correct weight of AHP, calculates the degree of Chinese agriculture industry ecosystem security, draws the conclusion that Chinese agriculture industry is basically secure.
