摘要
目的:探讨门诊药房开展人性化药学服务的意义。方法:回顾性总结南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院门诊药房近年来的人性化药学服务工作。结果:病人对本院门诊药房服务的满意度由往年的70%左右达到了近年的93%以上。结论:本院门诊药房人性化药学服务工作逐步规范,并得到了医患双方的认可。
Objective: To explore the significance of the humanistic pharmaceutical care in dispensary for outpatients. Methods:The achievements of the humanistic pharmaceutical care in dispensary for outpatients in Drum Tower Hospital affiliated to School of Medicine, Nanjing University,in recent years were retrospectively summarized. Results:The satisfactory rate of the pharmaceutical care shown by patients rose from 70% in the past to 93% in recent years. Conclusion: The humanistic pharmaceutical care in dispensary for outpatients is becoming more and more standard, and is approved by both patients and doctors.
