摘要
目的准确地鉴别伞形科果实类药材。方法应用聚丙稀酰胺电泳技术,对3种外形相似的果实类药材进行了可溶性蛋白质的电泳分析。结果电泳图谱清楚地显示出各样品的特征带,从而能准确区别各种药材。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,各样品间可比性强,能起到准确鉴别药材的目的。
Objective To identify Umbelliferous fructification herbs. Methods The Gel - electrophoresis technology was used to analyze the umbeelliferous herbs. Results There are differences on grades, regions and quantities among patterns of Trechyspermum ammi L. Cuminvm cyminvm L. and Cvminvm vernum L.. Conclusion The method of Gel - electrophoresis is easy and effective for identification of umbelliferous fructification herbs.
