某银行105名职工慢性病健康管理情况分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的提高服务人群的健康意识、自我管理技能和生活质量。方法通过体检收集105名某银行职工的健康信息,进行健康风险评估,对每一个体存在的健康危险程度分层进行健康咨询、指导、维护和干预,同时采取同伴教育的方式来保证健康管理的长期性、有效性,并定期对健康管理效果进行评估。结果通过对服务对象的健康管理,高血压、糖尿病的基本知识知晓率由不足60%提高到90%以上,其主要危害知晓率由29.52%(31/105)提高到83.81%(88/105)。结论健康管理模式可明显提高服务人群的高血压、糖尿病等相关知识水平和自我管理能力,有效控制高血压、糖尿病等的发病率,减少并发症发生率,降低病死率,提高服务人群的生活质量。 Objective Through carries on propaganda educates and synthesizes the intervention to some bank staff about hypertension,diabetes mellitus etc. Enhances the service crowd health consciousness, the self- control skill and the quality of life. Methods After physical examination and so on comprehensive collection service crowd's healthy information, carries on the health risk to appraise, simultaneously adopts the way which the companion educates to guarantee the health management the long-term characteristic, the validity, and regularly carries on the appraisal to the health management effect. Results Through to service object health management, hypertension, the diabetes elementary knowledge knows instttticient rate from 60% enhances to 90% above, its main harm knows rate from 29.52% (31/105) enhances to 83.81% (88/105). Conclusions Enhanced service correlation states-of-art and self-control ability and so on crowd's hypertension, diabetes through the health management, active control hypertension, diabetes and so on disease incidence rate, reduce complication, reduce death rate, improved the service crowd's quality of life.
