摘要
工程造价作为建设工程的三大控制目标之一,如果对其能很好加以预测,无论对于业主还是承包商都很有利。基于此原因,很多研究学者都在寻找比较优越的预测方法来达到快速而精确预测的目的。文章基于灰色关联分析的理论知识,通过分析找出已建工程与待估工程的关联性,并在合理确定关联度的基础上,建立灰色关联预测模型,更加快速而精准地分析计算出待估工程的造价,然后通过与线性回归预测模型的预测结果相比较,充分说明灰色关联预测的精确性。
As one of three biggest control goals of construction engineering, it is beneficial to either the owner or contractor if construction cost can be forecasted rightly. Therefore, in order to forcast construction cost quickly and accurately, many researchers and scholars are researching ascendant forecast methods. Authors analyze to find out relevance of constructed engineering and planned engineering. The model of grey relation forecasting is established based on reasonably fixing on the degree of relevance to analyze and calculate the cost of planned engineering more precisely. Then, the accuracy of grey relation forecasting is fully illuminate by comparing with the forecasted results of the linear regression forecasting model.
