摘要
报告1例硬化性黏液水肿。患者女,42岁。全身泛发皮疹8年,皮肤渐变硬。临床表现为形似狮面的特殊面容,周身泛发对称性密集分布的扁平丘疹,部分排列呈线状,额部、颈部、背部、四肢皮肤呈弥漫性增厚发硬,伴色素沉着。皮损组织病理检查示真皮浅层大量黏蛋白沉积,真皮内成纤维细胞增生,阿新蓝染色阳性。
A ease of scleromyxedema is reported. A 42-year-old woman presented with generalized skin eruptions for 8 years. Dermatologic examination showed leonine face and widespread symmetric papules that were small, waxy and firm, and were closely spaced and often arranged linearly. Diffuse thickening and hyperpigmentation were seen on the forehead, neck, back and extremities. Histopatholngieally, the diffuse muein deposition in the upper dermis and dermal fibroblasts proliferation could be found. Further, the Alcian blue staining was positive.
