摘要
采用溶液聚合方法,使乙烯基吡咯烷酮(VP)和甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺(DMAPMA)发生共聚,通过红外光谱法对产物进行结构表征。在不同温度湿度条件下检测聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺共聚物(PVP/DMAPMA)的使用性能,证明共聚物有效改善了PVP在高湿度环境下吸湿而丧失定型能力的缺点,在相对湿度90%的条件下依然有93.5%的卷曲保持率。并讨论了DMAPMA含量对共聚物性能的影响。
Copolymer of VP and DMAPMA was synthesized in water solution, hs structure was characterized by IR. Its performance was examined in different tempreture and humidity and compared with the performance of PVP in the same environment. The relation between the performance and the quantity of DMAPMA was also discussed.
