摘要
建立了用氢化物原子荧光法测定反应香精中的重金属汞,考察了前处理方法和原子荧光仪器对实验结果的影响,最后确定了消解试剂为6:2的硝酸和双氧水,微波消解最高温度为210℃,消解时间为25min;原子荧光的还原剂为20g/L的硼氢化钾,载流液为5%的盐酸。用以上最优化条件对反应香精进行测定,得到汞的回收率范围为99.2%~110.0%。
A method for hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of mercury in process flavoring has been proposed, the pre-treatment and the equipment which influenced the experiment were studied and determined, the best conditions were: HNO3 : H2O2 = 6 : 2 was used as digestion reagent, the highest temperature of digestion was 210℃, the time was 25min the concentration of used KBH4 was 20g/L as reducer, the carrier was 5 % HCI. Process flavorings were analyzed by the optimizing experimental conditions, the recovery range of mercury was 99.2% to 110.0%.
