摘要
通过中试研究表明,磁处理能使循环冷却水的水质达标,炭钢A3和炭钢20#阻垢率分别达96.5%和97.4%。对磁处理防垢除垢的机理进行探讨,认为磁处理防垢除垢的实质是同晶异构现象生成同晶异构体,使碳酸钙生成能量较高的胶体碳酸钙、球霰石和霰石,不易结垢,并通过水溶液传递能量,老垢脱落,并用此机理解释了磁处理的"记忆"效应。
Results of pilot plant experiment with obtained scale restriction ratio of 96.5% and 97.4% for nominated steel A3 and steel 20^# respectively showed that magnetic treatment might be an effect way for scale prevention of circulated cooling water. This paper investigated the scale prevention mechanism of magnetic treatment and believed that by this way the calcium carbonate formed unscalable isomorphic isomers such as colloid calcium carbonate, aragonite and vaterite with higher energy. Besides, the existing scale could be fallen out by energy transfer via the water solution, by this the socalled memory effect of magnetic treatment can be answered.
