摘要
建筑人工成本主要受建筑行业报酬水平和劳动生产效率的影响。从影响建筑人工成本的工资水平、福利待遇、工会作用、劳动生产效率等方面分析总结了美国建筑人工成本的特点,包括:建筑业生产工人拥有高于所有行业平均水平的工资标准和价值超过总报酬30%的福利待遇;建筑业就业人员参加工会组织的比重较高;建筑业劳动生产效率呈现下降的趋势;建筑人工成本占建筑工程成本的比重呈现上涨趋势等。在分析的基础上,提出了它们对我国的启示。
The construction labor cost is influenced by the construction worker＇s compensation and labor productivity. This paper analyzes and summarizes some characteristics of construction labor cost of the USA from the point of wage level, benefits, labor union and labor productivity. The characteristics are as follows mainly： the construction production worker＇s wage is higher than the average for all industries; their total benefits make up more than 30 percent of all workers＇ total compensation; the percent of construction trades workers who were union members or covered by union contracts is higher than the percent of workers throughout all industry; there is a decline of construction labor productivity, and a rising trend of the proportion of all labor cost in construction cost. Based on the analysis, the paper indicates some useful implications to China.
