摘要
锌营养是近年来受到高度重视和急切需要解决的一个公共营养问题〔1〕。本文采用原子吸收光谱法分析测定了人发中微量元素锌(Zn),建立了从发样处理到元素测定较为适宜的实验条件。实验的线性相关系数为099808,灵敏度为00094ugml,取得满意的结果。所建立的分析方法是可行的。
Zinc nutrition has been paid more and more attention in recent years and become a public nutrition problem demanding prompt solution.Zinc,a trace element in man's hair,was analysed and determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry(ASS) in this paper.Appropriate experimental conditions are given in the treament of hair sample and the process of the determination.The linear correlative coefficient of the experiment was 0.99808 and the sensitivity 0.0094 μgml. The experimental results are satisfactory and ASS method is feasible in the analysis of zinc in man's hair.
