摘要
中国法学领域中的人权研究取得了长足的发展,但是其中存在着过分重视基础理论研究、对具体人权研究不足、对国际人权标准的重要性认识不足等问题。中国的人权研究应该注重基础理论与具体人权的互动,加强对国际人权标准的认识和研究,并将使用第一手的人权研究资料作为人权研究的起点和基本方法。
The research on human rights as part of legal studies in China has made great pogress. However, in the process, there exist some problems, e.g. the research on fundamental theories is over emphasized, the research on specific human rights is relatively weak, and the understanding of the significance of the international human rights standards is inadequate. The research on human rights should focus on the interaction between the fundamental theories and the research on specific rights, strengthen the understanding of and research on the international human rights standards, and use the primary resourse human rights materials as the starting point and basic reference materials of the research on human rights.
