摘要
学术背景:自从发现釉基质蛋白具有诱导牙根部无细胞性牙骨质形成并诱导牙周组织再生的作用以来,越来越多的学者对釉基质蛋白的作用机制及其应用价值展开深入研究。目的:综述釉基质蛋白促进牙周组织生理性再生的机制及其之间的相互作用,为牙周组织工程寻求实验依据。检索策略:应用计算机检索万方、维普1997-01/2006-12相关文献,检索词"釉基质蛋白,牙周组织再生",限定文献语言种类为中文。同时计算机检索PubMed、BlackWell数据库1997-01/2006-12相关文章,检索词"Enamel Matrix Proteins,periodontal regeneration",限定文献语言种类为English。手工检索美国化学文摘(CA)、美国《工程索引》、荷兰《医学文摘》(EM),初检索文献195篇,其中机检174篇,手检21篇。包括中文97篇,英文98篇。对资料进行初审,纳入标准:实验研究文章中采用随机、盲法、对照等条件的限制;观察对比研究、经验总结、个案报告等不同文献无限制条件。排除标准:研究目的与本综述目的无关、重复研究的文献。对所得文献进行提炼,按上述标准纳入中文7篇,英文25篇。文献评价:对于初检索文献195篇,阅读标题和摘要进行初筛,排除因研究目的与本研究无关者17篇,内容重复性的研究22篇,保留156篇中英文文献进一步分析。其中动物实验和在体、离体、细胞学实验76篇,综述、述评、讲座类文献14篇,系统评价/Meta分析8篇,临床研究58篇。最终纳入32篇文章进行综述。资料综合:牙周组织再生是牙周病学研究中的一个难点。传统的一些治疗方法难以达到生理性的牙周再生。自发现釉基质蛋白可诱使牙囊细胞向成牙骨质细胞方向分化并在根表面形成无细胞性牙骨质以来,国内外学者做了大量研究,结果表明釉基质蛋白能有效诱导牙周组织的再生,且这种再生组织的结构和功能更接近于健康的牙周组织,并且再生过�
BACKGROUND: Since people find that enamel matrix proteins could induce the formation of acellular cementum in dental root and induce periodontal tissue regeneration, more and more researchers are interested in the action mechanism and application value of enamel matrix proteins. OBJECTIVE: To review the mechanism of enamel matrix proteins to promote the physiological regeneration of periodontal tissue and the interaction between them, so as to explore the experimental evidence for periodontal tissue engineering. RETRIEVAL STRATEGY: A computer-based online search of Wanfang and Vip databases was undertaken for the related Chinese articles dated from January 1997 to December 2006 with the keywords of "enamel matrix proteins, periodontal regeneration" in Chinese. Meanwhile, we searched PubMed and BlackWell databases for the English articles published between January 1997 and December 2006 with the same keywords in English. In addition, CA, Engineering Indexation and EM were manually searched. Totally 195 articles were firstly collected including 174 from computer and 21 manually and 97 in Chinese and 98 in English. After the primary selection, only articles (1)that were experimental studies involved randomized, blind and controlled condition, and (2)those of observation and comparison, academic summarization and case report with no limitation were included. Those with unrelated research objective, and repetitive articles were excluded. All articles were refined and finally 7 Chinese ones and 25 English ones were selected. LITERATURE EVALUATION: 195 articles were collected, and the titles and abstracts were screened firstly to exclude 17 ones not related with the research objective and 22 repetitive studies, and 156 Chinese and English were remained for further analysis including 76 animals experiments and in vivo and vitro and cytological experiments, 14 review, comments and lecture articles, 8 system evaluation/Meta analysis and 58 clinical studies.
