摘要
目的探讨健康教育在进行大批量白内障超声乳化手术患者中的护理效果。方法对2007年3-6月第2列健康快车行白内障手术的2020例患者有效地实施了健康教育。结果接受健康教育后的患者掌握应用知识的能力有所提高,均按质按量配合好手术,术前、中、后未出现任何严重并发症。结论对大批量贫困地区白内障患者进行健康教育,可降低白内障超声乳化手术患者术前、中、术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of health education in batches of patients who received phacoemulsification. Methods From March, to June, 2007, 2020 patients who received phacoemulsification in life-line express were enrolled. Effective health education about cataract and operation were given to every patient. Results The patients who received health education got to know more healthy information and had no severe peri-operative complications. Conclusions Health education for the cataract patients in poverty area can reduce their operation- associated complications during phacoemulsification.
