摘要
本文研究了微晶纤维素对聚合抗菌素—卡达波尔的吸附作用,探讨了初始浓度、时间和温度对吸附量的影响,通过对吸附速率常数和吸附等温线的分析,研究了吸附过程,并利用红外光谱和扫描电镜手段研究了复合体的形态结构.
Absorption of polymeric antibiotics-Catapol on microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was studied. The effects of initial concentration, time, and temperature on ab- sorption value were investigated. The absorption process was studied through anlysis of the absorption rate constants and absorption isotherm. The morphological structures of complex were also shown with the help of FTIR and SEM.
