摘要
探讨喷气织机上纬纱并线检测装置的工作原理及工作效果。简述了自主开发的纬纱并线检测装置的结构原理及改造方案,该装置直接安装在原机托脚上,利用光电检测、数字逻辑运算电路进行控制,基本杜绝了多纬织物中堆积纬缩和扭结纬缩,减少了单根纬纱断头造成的缺纬疵布,大大提高了织机效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。
Working principle and effect of weft doubling defecting device in air-jet loom were discussed. Structure principle and modifying plan of developing weft doubling defecting device independently were introduced briefly. The device was installed on original machine foot, using photoelectric, digital logical operation circuit control, which could basically stop stockpiling weft shrinkage and kinky weft shrinkage in multi-filling fabric, reduce lacking weft defective fabric that caused by single weft break, improve loom efficiency greatly and decrease labour indensity.
