摘要
企业的跨国经营应该具备或寻求基本的关键成功要素,以往的文献研究表明,企业自己的品牌、技术、管理以及投资所在地的政治、经济、市场、文化等因素对企业的海外投资的成功有很大的影响。华源墨西哥纺织制造项目的案例研究显示,我国本土企业"走出去"所需要的基础条件更多一些,企业海外投资项目的成功,不仅需要有母公司的优势支持、投资地的优势支持,还需要有强有力的领军人物和管理团队,需要母国政府的支持和本土企业学习的能力。
Key success factors are important for firms having cross country operations. Literature review shows that brand, technology and managerial experiences from Mother Company and investment location conditions such as political, economy, market and culture have great influence on overseas projects. SINATEX case study revels that there are more essential success conditions for local Chinese firms "going international". The success of Chinese overseas project, not only requires supports from mother company and location advantages, but also needs to have a good leading and managerial team, support from mother government, and the ability of self-learning.
