摘要
β-受体阻滞剂现已成为心力衰竭治疗中的重要用药,然而在临床具体实践中还存在一些争论和新的观点,例如急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者如何使用β-受体阻滞剂,支气管疾病是否为β-受体阻滞剂的使用禁忌证等等。这些问题在临床应用中是至关重要的。本文将对β-受体阻滞剂在心衰治疗中的发展过程进行总结,并对临床实践中的问题和新观点进行讨论。
β-adrenergic receptor - blocker is the main medicine for the treatment of heart failure. However, there are some problems and new standpoints in the clinical application. How to use β-blockers in patients with acute decompensated heart failure, and which β-blocker is the best etc. are all extremely important problems. In this review, the development of β-blockers in the therapy of heart failure is summarized, and the problems and new standpoints in the clinical application are discussed.
