摘要
目的了解肾组织活检在急性肾衰竭诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对54例急性肾衰竭患者的肾组织活检资料进行回顾分析。结果急性肾衰竭以新月体肾炎、急性间质性肾炎,狼疮性肾炎多见,临床诊断与肾组织活检结果尚存在一些差异。结论肾组织活检对明确诊断及提高临床诊断的正确率及选择治疗方案有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of renal biopsy in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute renal injury. Methods The data of renal biopsy of 54 cases with acute renal injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results Crescentic glomerulonephritis, intermediate syndrome and lupus nephritis were common in the acute renal injury patients, but there were some differences in the results between clinical diagnosis and renal biopsy. Conclusions Renal biopsy plays an important role in the accurate diagnosis, the choice of proper treatment program.
