摘要
综合大学办医学院是促进文，理，工，医结合的有产途径之一，它符合医学科学发展的规律，有利于跨世纪医学人才的培养。本文就汕头大学医学院在综合大学内的实践，结合国内外有关资料，对如何发挥综合大学办医学院优势，培养距世纪高级医学人才进行探讨。
It is one of the effective ways to promote the uniting of literature, sciencec, technology and medicine that set up medical college in comprehensive university. It conforms to the rule of science development and is advantageous to train the medical personnel for 21st century. This article discusses how to exert the superiority of seting up medical college in comprehensive university to train higher medical personnel for 21st century. Uniting some correlative documents with the experience of setting up medical college in comprehensive university of Shantou university, the authors found that 'sharing in the resource together, suppling superiority matually' and Teling on each other in teaching, cooperating in science research' are the characteristic of setting up medical college in comprehensive university.
