摘要
食管静脉曲张是门脉高压症的严重并发症之一，可引起致死性大出血。因此成为门脉高压症的研究重点，近些年来不少学者致力于食管解剖结构改变和分子机制方面的研究并且取得了很大的进展。本文将对此进行概述。
