摘要
作者通过对１０例颞颌关节强直续发阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者手术前后的头影测量分析显示；采用下颌升支部后缘纵截，倒置颞颌关系重建与不同正颌外科术式结合，同期进行的术式是治疗由颞颌关节强直，小下颌畸形引起ＯＳＡＳ的有效手段，其不仅能解决关节强直而且能同期达到颌面畸形矫正与口咽通气道狭窄纠正，ＯＳＡＳ解除的目的。
After taken the comparesive studies on the cephalometric analysis of the pa-tients of TMJ ankyolsis with OSAS pre-and-post operation, the authors demonstrated themethod combining TMJ reconstruction and orthognathic surgery is responsible to the patients.
