摘要
分析了磨机衬板的化学成分,针对其性能要求,提出了一种合理的铸造工艺措施,并对热处理工艺进行了探讨,改善了衬板质量,延长了其使用寿命。
The article analyzes of opting for the chemical composition of lining plate of grinding mill, and proposes a reasonable measure of casting technogy for its request of capabilities. Meanwhile, it also analyses the heat-treating technology for improve the quality of lining plate and extend its useful life.
