摘要
[目的]探讨复方轮叶党参对酒精性肝损伤的预防作用。[方法]选择昆明种小鼠50只,雄性,清洁级,许可证号:(吉)2003—0001,按体质量随机分为5组,即正常对照组、乙醇损伤组,轮叶党参组,决明子组,复方轮叶党参组(轮叶党参+决明子提取物),每组10只,连续灌胃8周,检测肝组织中的三酰甘油(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)、微量元素硒(Se)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,并进行肝脏病理组织学检查。[结果]乙醇损伤组的肝组织TG、MDA含量明显高于正常对照组,GSH-Px活性和Se含量明显低于正常对照组,而药物组小鼠肝组织TG、MDA含量明显低于酒精损伤组,而GSH-Px活性和Se含量则明显高于乙醇损伤组,各给药组较乙醇损伤组肝脏病理学变化明显改善。[结论]复方轮叶党参具有较好的预防酒精性肝损伤的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the preventative effect of the compound Codonopsis lanceolata on alcoholic hepatic injury. [Methods] 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups with 10 mice in each group: normal control group, alcoholic group, Codonopsis lanceolata extract group, Semen Cassiae extract group, compound Codonopsis lanceolata extract group (Codonopsis lanceolata extract + Semen Cassiae extract) . Mice in the normal group and alcoholic group were treated with intragastric administering of distilled water in the morning, And the three drug groups were given intragastric administering of Codonopsis lanceolata extract (2g/kg) , Semen Cassiae extract (1g/kg ) and the combination of them[ (2g Codonopsis lanceolata extract +1g Semen Cassiae extract) /kg] respectively. In the afternoon, only mice in the normal control group were treated with intragastric administering of distilled water, those in the other 4 groups were given intragastric administering of edible alcohol (450ml/L) . After 8 weeks, the content ofTG. MDA and Se, the activity of GSH-Px were detected. Liver histology was also examined. [Results] Compared with alcoholic group, drugs remarkably elevated the hepatic GSH-Px activity and the content of hepatic Se. It was also found that drugs could significantly reduce the content of hepatic TG and MDA. Changes of liver histology improved obviously in the drug grouPs as compared with the alcoholic group. [Conclusion] Compound Codonopsis lanceolata had better preventative effect on alcoholic hepatic injury.
