摘要
会计人员继续教育作为提高会计人员整体素质,培养会计人才的有效途径。根据调查了解的情况,通过分析泰州市会计人员继续教育现状和存在的问题,对如何做好会计人员继续教育工作提出了相应的对策和建议。
In order to improve the whole quality of the accountant, the continuing education should be carried out, and it is the effective approach to train the talent people . Accounting to the result of research , and accounting to analyze the current situation and the existing＆nb sp;questions, relavent advice and suggestions should be put forward .
