摘要
刑法的对象是人,对人态度不同,刑法的立场就会不同。在岁月的流变中,刑法中的人面貌也在经历着道德上自主的人、宿命式的存在、生态人类到风险意识主体的历史变迁。
In the theory of criminal law, when we have different attitudes towards the subjects, perhaps we have different criminal positions.
