摘要
利用丝胶溶液对氧化棉纱线进行处理,使丝胶涂覆于棉纤维上,讨论了不同工艺条件下,经丝胶溶液处理后氧化棉纱线的增重率和断裂强度。研究结果表明,不同工艺条件对氧化棉纤维的增重率有一定的影响,经丝胶溶液处理后氧化棉纤维的断裂强度基本保持不变。
Cotton fiber was oxidized selectively and then the oxidized cotton fiber was treated with sericin solution. The weight gain of cotton fiber coated with sericin under different processing conditions was studied,as well as its breaking strength. The results show that weight gain of oxidized cotton fiber was affected by the factors such as oxidant concentration,sericin concentration,pH value,treatment time and temperature.And the breaking strength of oxidized cotton yarn treated with sericin solution changed little as compared to that of oxidized cotton yarn.
