摘要
根据克山亚麻纺织厂废水处理工程的实际情况,将印染废水和纺织综合废水分别进行预处理,然后采用溶气气浮/水解酸化/接触氧化工艺进行处理。工程设计规模为3 000 m3/d,三个多月的调试运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强。当进水平均COD为930 mg/L、BOD5为516 mg/L、SS为500 mg/L时,出水COD≤58 mg/L、BOD5≤19 mg/L、SS≤51 mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
According to the actual situation of the project, the flax printing and dyeing wastewater and the textile comprehensive wastewater were pretreated respectively, and treated by the dissolved air flotation/hydrolysis acidification/contact oxidation process. The design capacity is 3 000 m^3/d. The debugging operation results for over three months show that this process has stable operation and stronger resistance to shock loading. When the influent COD, BOD5 and SS are 930 mg/L, 516 mg/L and 500 mg/L respectively, the effluent COD, BOD5 and SS are equal to or less than 58 mg/L, 19 mg/L and 51 mg/L, reaching the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
