摘要
随着近年来上海经济发展和城市建设的需要,高层建筑群和轨道交通等重大工程的规划建设如火如荼,由此在深基坑开挖施工中降水诱发地面沉降灾害的问题非常突出,而且也越来越受到广泛的重视。由于深基坑降水引起地面沉降的过程和机理较复杂,长久以来成为深基坑施工中的难点。本文在分析深基坑降水引起地面沉降的成因基础上,提出了地面沉降流固耦合模型,并结合工程实例,应用于深基坑降水与施工中,得到了较好的效果,并提出了深基坑工程地面沉降灾害的防治对策。
With the development of economy and construction in Shanghai in recent years, high-rise buildings and rail traffic lines construction are very hot, which leads to very serious geological hazard as land subsidence in excavation and mechanics of deep foundation pit. The reason and mechanics of land subsidence are very complicated, which has become a difficult problem in deep foundation pit's construction. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the reason for well-point dewatering causing land subsidence, and presents flow-consolidation coupling model of land Subsidence. Applied in deep foundation pit construction in case history, the model gains obvious predictive effectiveness, finally, we also put forward some corresponding prevention measures.
