摘要 以10%NaOH为催化剂,环氧氯丙烷(EPIC)为醚化剂,对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行了醚化改性,并用FT-IR对醚化改性产物的结构进行了表征,考察了工艺条件对PVA醚化改性产物醚化程度的影响。实验结果表明,当n(PVA):n(EPIC)为1.0∶1.5、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为6 h时,醚化程度达到49.1%。 Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) of etherification modification was synthesized by reaction of PVA and epichlorohydrin (EPIC),with 10% NaOH as catalyst and EPIC as etherifying agent, as well as the structure of etherification modification product was characterized by FT-IR. The influence on degree of etherification for PVA's modification by technologcial conditions was investigated. The experiment results showed that the reaction temperature was 65 ℃, the reaction time was 6 h, the molar ratio of PVA and EPIC was 1.0:1.5, the degree of etherification arrived 49.1%.
