摘要
为解决聚合物驱油(聚驱)定向井杆管偏磨,在分析抽油杆受力的基础上,根据简支梁纵横弯曲理论,建立抽油杆挠度微分方程,推导挠度计算公式,分析聚驱定向井抽油杆偏磨的原因,并提出优化扶正器布置的方法.结果表明:在大斜度井段,抽油杆所受重力横向分力和径向力是导致聚驱定向井抽油杆偏磨加重的原因,抽油杆发生偏磨的概率较大,应采取扶正器加密的技术措施.
In order to overcome the eccentric-wear of suck-rods in the polymer-flooding directional wells,the forces acting on the rod was analyzed,the differential equation and calculation formula about sucker-rod deflection was established,the causes and prevent measures about eccentric-wear of the suck-rods was given.Result shows that radial load is the main factor for the eccentric-wear,eccentric-wear usually occurred in the stage of big slope segment.
