摘要
以引种的黑龙江省野生种兴安百里香(Thymus dahuricus Serg.)、东北百里香(Thymus mandschuricus Ronn.)、显脉百里香(Thymus nervulosus Klok.)、兴凯百里香(Thymus przewalskil(Kom.) Nakai)为研究对象,对4种植物的扦插苗在不同处理条件下的生根情况进行了比较,以确定不同种嫩枝扦插繁殖的适宜条件。试验结果表明:兴安百里香较为适合的扦插生根条件组合是以珍珠岩为基质、生根粉GGR的质量浓度为1 g/L、浸泡时间为15min、插穗为带顶芽的枝条或基部枝条;显脉百里香较为适合的扦插条件组合是以蛭石为基质、生根粉GGR的质量浓度为1 g/L、浸泡时间为15 min、插穗为基部枝条,影响这两个种生根的最主要因素是生根粉GGR的质量浓度;东北百里香较为适合的扦插生根条件组合是以蛭石为基质、生根粉GGR的质量浓度为1 g/L、浸泡时间为30 min、插穗为基部枝条;兴凯百里香较为适合的扦插条件组合则以珍珠岩为基质、生根粉GGR的质量浓度为1 g/L、不浸泡、插穗为不带顶芽的枝条,影响这两个种生根最主要因素是扦插基质。东北百里香插穗在生根粉溶液中的浸泡时间对扦插苗生根影响不显著。生根粉GGR的质量浓度大有利于4种植物的生根。
An experiment was conducted to compare the rooting status of cutting seedlings under different conditions using Thymus dahuricus Serg. , T. mandschuricus Ronn. , T. nervulosus Klok. , T. przewalskil （Kom.） Nakai as experimental materials in order to determine the optimum cultivating conditions. Results show that the optimal cultivation combination for T. dahuricus is soaking for 15 minutes in 1 g/L of GGR rooting powder using the bottom branches or branches with terminal bud as cutting seedlings and perlite as culture medium, and that for T. nervulosus is soaking the bottom branches in 1 g/L of GGR rooting powder for 15 minutes using vermiculite as culture medium. Solution concentration of roofing powder has a significant effect on the growth of cutting seedlings of these two species. Cutting bottom branches soaked in 1 g/L of GGR roofing powder for 30 minutes with vermiculite as culture medium is the optimal combination for T. mandschuricus, and for T. przewalskil is cutting branches without terminal bud soaked in 1 g/L of GGR rooting powder and then planted in perlite. Culture medium has an obvious effect on the growth of cutting seedlings of the later two species. Soaking time has no effects on the growth of cutting seedlings of T. mandschuricus. Higher solution concentration of rooting powder is beneficial to the rooting of seedlings of these four species.
