摘要
阐述了默会知识的内涵及其特征,提出在护理本科教育中应用默会知识可以完善护生的知识结构,有利于培养护生的创新意识,认为导师制是传递默会知识的最好形式。
It expatiated the connotation and characteristic of tacit knowledge. It put forward that to apply tacit knowledge in nursing education can improve knowledge structure of nursing students. And which is profit to cultivate the innovation ability of nursing students. The article considered that the tutor system is the beast form for transmitting tacit knowledge.
