摘要
将小曲拐防自转机构简化为平行四连杆机构模型,从运动学角度分析小曲拐的受力,建立小曲拐的运动平衡方程.研究不同数目小曲拐的动力特性,分析动力作用下的小曲拐的变形问题以及多个小曲拐的变形协调.研究结果表明,小曲拐的防自转机构是按平行四边形原理运动的,与驱动主轴是同步转动的偏心机构.采用3个小曲拐的防自转机构整周受力,有比较好的动力特性,是一种精度高、性能好的防自转机构.
Simplifying the anti-ratation mechanism of mini-crank into a model of tour-tte roa one, ana analysing the force action on the mini-crank with kinematics, the motion equation of mini-crank was estab- lished. Dynamic characteristics of mini-cranks with different numbers of them was investigated, and the deformation of mini-crank as well as the deformation coordination of multiple mini-cranks under dynamic action were analyzed. Investigation result showed that the anti-rotation mechanism of mini-crank moved in accordance to the principle of parallelogram, being an eccentric mechanism rotated, synchronously with driving spindle. Anti-ratation mechanism with three mini-cranks would be subject to full-circumferential force action with a better dynamic characteristics, being an anti-rotation mechanism with high accuracy and fine performance.
