摘要
目的探讨光固化窝沟封闭剂预防窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法对60例6～10岁儿童的240颗上、下颌第1恒磨牙用Estiseal LC进行窝沟釉质成形封闭术，并采用自身对照的研究方法用Estiseal LC行普通窝沟封闭术，然后评价两者的效果。结果随诊3年后发现Estiseal LC光固化窝沟封闭树脂用于窝沟釉质成形封闭术与窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术组术后1、2、3年时均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论Estiseal LC树脂是一种可靠的窝沟封闭荆，2种封闭术均有良好的临床疗效，窝沟釉质成形封闭术的防龋效果优于窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术。
Objective To evaluate the clinical elect of two light cured pit and fissure sealants for preventing pit and fissure caries.Methods A total of 240 fast permanent molars in 60 patients aged from 6 to 10 years were treated with light cure Estiseal LC in eeclusal pit and fissure enameloplasty sealant technique （EST）, The opposite permanent teeth treated with light cure Estiseal LC in occlusal pit and fissure conventional sealant technique （CST） were employed as the con- trols. The patients were followed up for 3 years. Results Follow - up for 3 years showed that there was significant difference in preservation rate between the EST and the CST groups （ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Estiseal LC can be used as pit and fissure sealant to prevent caries, EST is better than CST in clinical application.
